Our latest update is aimed at bringing people together by allowing one user to buy tickets for their whole group and seamlessly share the tickets in the checkout process. Not only can they share with their fellow attendees, but they can also share your event page on all of the most popular social networks. So if you want to synchronise your marketing efforts by starting a #hashtag for your event, it’s never been easier!

Group Tickets

You can now create and sell Group Tickets with all the flexibility and customisation options you are used to with our Individual Tickets. Perfect for setting up Family Passes, Table Bookings, or Business Packs. Each Group Ticket can have its own pricing, validity, design and promotions.

In keeping with O-tix’s philosophy of “Data Driven Events”, Customers who purchase Group Tickets receive individual tickets for each attendee, driving more registration and data-capture potential for your event.


Send Tickets to Friends

Events are better with friends. Ticket buyers can now distribute their purchased tickets to the friends they plan on attending with, via email or SMS. They simply select which tickets and how they would like to send (SMS or email) and O-tix will take care of the rest!

Better still, customers who receive the SMS or Email register with O-tix to pick up their tickets, driving increased registration and more data to organisers.

Ticket Option Questions

In our last update we launched our Ticket Options feature with has proven to be very popular with events including MotorWorld Sydney and the Canowindra Baroquefest.

Now, in our new release organisers can add qualifying questions to each Ticket Option. This allows event organisers to capture in-depth details regarding preferences or suitability of an event attendee by asking targeted questions based on ticket options selected.
All responses are available in reports, extracts and the registered attendee dashboards, providing seamless access for administrators and easy migration to CRM applications.


Social Sharing and Add to Calendar

Users can share the event with their friends on the most popular social media channels. You can even customise the default message that they can choose to share on most platforms. You can also let your customers set and forget by allowing them to add the event to iCal, Google Calendar, Yahoo Calendar or Outlook.
