03 Nov CASE STUDY: RSPCA South Australia’s Santa Paws Photo Service

Christmas is all about bringing the family together. But too often our furry friends don’t get the chance to get the photo with old Saint Nick. RSPCA South Australia has set about to change this with the launch of their “Santa Paws” Christmas photo service across the state.

 

RSPCA South Australia chose O-tix as the perfect platform to meet their specific and unique needs. What they needed was a system that could do all the following:

  • Sell a range of different ticket packages to a number of locations across the state
  • Book a time slot for the photo shoot, based on the ticket package that was selected
  • Spread time slots across a number of days, with each day having unique timing
  • Limit availability to each time slot
  • Allow users to then customise their paid postal option, or select a free pickup option.

Although their requirements were complex, the O-tix system could handle everything through a unique feature exclusive to O-tix that we call Ticket Options (read more here.)

This allowed RSPCA South Australia to go far beyond simple ticketing. Ticket Options enabled them to attach further customisation options and paid extras to their tickets. Something that no other ticketing platform offers for the same price.

To date the event has attracted many dozens of booking requests and unique registrations, adding immediate value not only to the service, but also to the RSPCA’s database.
